BELIEFS
We believe that/in:
The book known as the Bible is the infallible Word of God, written by mankind but inspired by the Holy Spirit.
There is only one God, Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent, Who is the Creator of the heavens and the earth and all things in them.
The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are three personalities of the Godhead and all agree in one, ie: God is the Father, God is the Word and was manifest in the body of Jesus the Christ (Messiah), and God is the power manifest through the Holy Spirit.
We are saved by grace, therefore faith in Jesus Christ is by grace and Jesus (The Word) is the power unto salvation, for God so loved the world that He gave His only son to give humanity eternal life and to reconcile humanity back to Him.
Our salvation is by faith in what Jesus did and not by our works. ie: our achievements through the law of Moses.
Faith must be demonstrated by works, ie: the execution of our actions in everyday life by conformance to the Word of God.
The birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to a virgin mother who had no sin as he was conceived by the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ was born under the law so that he could fulfill the law to give the gift of the Holy Spirit so that we too may fulfill the law through His power and love.
The life, crucifixion (death), burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ who abolished the bondage to the Old Covenant by fulfilling all righteousness, and guaranteeing humanity the Holy Spirit (our Comforter, Helper, Guide, Advocate, Teacher) who gives us the ability (power) to overcome all things and to walk in love, peace, joy, etc, thus fulfilling the law without compulsion.
The ascension of Jesus Christ to the right hand of the Father who intercedes for us.
Through the cross and the shedding of His blood, Jesus brought us eternal redemption and reconciled us back to the Father.
We are justified as righteous by Jesus's blood and can now approach the Father directly in the Holiest of Holies as Jesus removed the veil.
Jesus is the way and the door into heaven through his death on the cross and through His blood.
Jesus is our healer, our provider, our protector, our strength, our stronghold, our peace, our joy, our way, our truth, and our life, et al.
Humanity has no ability in themselves to acquire fullness in wisdom, knowledge, faith, love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, righteousness, patience, etc, but rather, these things are given to them by God by measure, initially through the human spirit and then in fullness through the Holy Spirit upon complete salvation.
The fullness of God in Christ Jesus has been given to mankind but will only be manifest when mankind truly walks with God in holiness, by renewing the mind through His Word, and by renewing the spirit of the mind by their actions in conformance to the Word.
Without Jesus, there is no eternal life because He is the giver of life as He is The Word and The Christ.
Jesus took the wrath of God for us on the cross, absolved us from past sins and confessed future sins.
God’s will is to save all people to be the manifested sons of God who will see the eagerly awaited demise of darkness on earth.
The baptism of water is advantageous in that the believer takes a step of faith by outwardly expressing his belief to witnesses that he wants to turn away from a sinful carnal life (old man) and walk in the fullness of a spiritual life (new man), i.e.: 1) rendering the old man dead, represented by being fully submerged in water; and 2) being raised into the newness of life by the Spirit, represented by raising the body (new spirit man) out of the water.
Taking communion, where the bread is the body and the wine is the blood of Jesus Christ, in remembrance of Him.
God has reserved spiritual blessings in heaven for all believers who do not fall from "the way" of believing in Jesus Christ and His finished works on the cross.
The ministry and gifts of the Holy Spirit are given out by the Holy Spirit before spiritual fullness is awakened.
God gave humanity the earth and dominion over the earth and all that is in it.
That we are servants of each other concerning people, sons of God, and masters over everything else when we are made perfect.
The dead will be raised and put on imperishable bodies and the living will be transformed and put on immortality to live eternally in glorified spiritual bodies.
Jesus fulfilled the will of the Father when he said “It is finished” and that the end-time judgment of “this world” was on the Jews in 70AD according to Jesus’ prediction about Solomon’s Temple being destroyed in that generation. This does not mean that history does not repeat itself because of humanity's unbelief and we await the final chapter when Jesus comes the second time.
That the unshakeable things of heaven and earth are: 1) the Holy Spirit who represents heaven within us, and, 2) the collective believers in Christ who together are the city of God regardless of their earthly geographic location and therefore represent the earth.
That the shakeable heavens and earth are: 1) Israel and the nations which represent earth, and, 2) the temple and its laws which represent heaven.
That the shakeable nations and temple of the Old Testament were replaced by the unshakeable body of believers and the Holy Spirit of the New Testament.
There will be the second coming of Christ in the Spirit for all that seek Him, ie: Jesus will come for all that who walk in His ways because to seek Him, is to learn, understand, and act upon the Word of God, not merely to believe in Jesus.
To know the Father and the Son Jesus is to understand that God is THE WORD manifest in the body of Jesus Christ and we can only get to know Him through the Word.
