The first rebellion

 

Eden was the Kingdom of God/Heaven on earth, where God walked with mankind, giving and teaching him everything he needed to grow physically and spiritually, as long as they received knowledge and understanding from the tree of life (symbolic of Jesus Christ) and other trees (symbolic of people), and did not lean on their own understanding by receiving knowledge from the tree of knowledge of good and evil (symbolic of mankind's carnal nature).
